1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through our website are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Policy (Within 48 Hours)

We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:
  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Exchange Process

Customers may exchange items in one of the following ways:

In-Store Exchange

  • Customers may visit our store within the 48-hour exchange window to exchange the item directly.
  • This option allows customers to avoid courier charges.
Courier Exchange
  • Customers may send the product back to us via courier for exchange.
  • All courier charges for sending and receiving exchanged items must be covered by the customer.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the item:
  • Shows signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery
  • Is returned without original tags or packaging
  • Is requested for exchange after the 48-hour period

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
